Tickets are non-refundable but you can come back anytime and purchase extra tickets for your unit.

Moot 2026 tickets are £40 for both young people and leaders. If you can help us during the weekend we offer refunds, please see below.
Note: You can swap tickets between leaders and young people anytime before the event, we're just trying to capture the split.

Since Moot24 we changed how we do leader refunds. Refunds are no longer one per group.
We’ll reimburse leaders £15 for a half day or £30 for a full day of assistance (extra help is always appreciated!), up to a maximum of £30. If you’re interested, please provide the details of the nominated leader below.
Please collect your ticket refund from the Moot reception on Sunday afternoon.

We’re no longer able to accept payments by bank transfer or cheque

We understand this may be a little inconvenient for some units, but in the past, these methods were sometimes used to reserve tickets without prompt payment. This created challenges for us and was unfair to others trying to book. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you’ll receive a full receipt that can be used to claim the cost back from your unit if needed.
